What are your operating hours?
Our operating hours are Monday to Sunday, 8am-6pm. We are closed on public holidays.test
How do you handle product availability and replacements?
We use seasonal blooms, so if a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or higher value in a similar style and color. Our stylists ensure the arrangement’s look and feel remains consistent, though slight variances in color are natural.
How are prices and promotions handled?
Prices may change due to flower availability, which is season-dependent. Promotions and promotional codes, valid only for their specified duration, cannot be used retrospectively or combined with other offers. Discounts apply at the time of purchase only, and we reserve the right to amend promotion terms or withdraw them without notice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments in Singapore Dollars (SGD) through PayPal for online purchases, via direct bank transfer to our DBS Bank account for phone, email, or SMS orders, and cash payments at our atelier.
Can you describe your delivery policy?
We deliver to the address provided, except for restricted areas. Ensure recipient availability, as deliveries to businesses and hospitals may be left at receptions. Re-delivery incurs charges. We offer free delivery from 9am to 6pm, with additional charges for off-hour, urgent, or specific location deliveries.
What is your policy on cancellations and subscriptions?
Subscriptions and confirmed orders are non-refundable upon cancellation. Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to management approval.
How does force majeure affect your services?
We are not liable for failures or delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, societal unrest, political changes, or market conditions.

How Do We Manage Deliveries When Recipients Are Unavailable?
In cases where the recipient can’t be reached, we proactively reach out to the sender for alternative arrangements. With consent, we safely leave the arrangement at the doorstep and provide photographic evidence for assurance.

Our floral treasures are globally sourced, predominantly from Holland, China, Taiwan, Kenya, Malaysia, Ecuador, South Africa, Eutopia, Thailand, Australia, and New Zealand, ensuring a diverse and quality selection.
What Is the Expected Longevity of Our Floral Arrangements?
Typically, our floral arrangements stay fresh for 3-5 days. However, some select flowers boast a longevity of up to 10 days, maintaining their beauty and aroma.
What Are the Terms for Order Cancellation and Modifications?
After processing, orders cannot be cancelled or modified in terms of floral selection. Adjustments in delivery details or message cards are subject to possible additional charges.
