Passive Benefits are benefits that are auto-applied onto your account when you sign up on a specific Insider Membership. You will see that the benefits are auto-applied when you shop. Active Benefits are benefits that you need to apply yourself in the checkout page, you can view your benefits as coupons or vouchers during the checkout process in the checkout page.
You can get a refund within 30 days of purchase if you have not made a purchase with Passive Benefits, or use any of the Active Benefit Vouchers or Coupons. If you have used any one of the benefits, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you want to upgrade your Insider Membership, and already hold a Membership Position, you just need to pay the remaining. For example, if you are a Navarro Insider ($399 Yearly) and you want to upgrade to Solitario Insider ($699), you will only have to pay $300 ($699 – $399 = $300).
When you finished using your coupons and vouchers, you will have to wait for the yearly refresh date, one year from the day you subscribed. Your coupons and vouchers will be refreshed and any vouchers which are not used during the previous cycle will be removed.
You can refund your Insider Membership within 30 days if you have not used any of the benefits.
If you don’t use your coupons or vouchers in time, it will be refreshed after 1 year from the date of your subscription, and you will be credited with a fresh set of coupons and vouchers. The coupons and vouchers will not be able to stack.
Yes, you can have 2 active Insider Memberships at the same time. The benefits and perks will be shown in your Account Menu.
Yes, you can share your account with your friends and family to enjoy the benefits.
You can view your Insider Membership details in your account’s menu.
You will be charged the moment you checked out on the website, and the benefits will be applied to your account. For early bird, you will be charged the full amount during the launch of the new website on April 2024.
No, we will not downgrade of any of the existing benefits. We only seek to add, and improve on the existing membership that we provide you.
No, you will not be able to downgrade your Insider Membership once you have signed up and use any of the benefits. However, you can opt for a refund within 30 days, and resubscribe to another Insider Membership of your choice.
No, your coupons and vouchers will refresh yearly from the date of your subscription. Any unuse coupons and vouchers will be replaced with a new set.
