1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTION
we love using seasonal blooms for most of our styling, hence if a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute this for a flower of the same or higher monetary value in a similar style and color. rest assure that our stylists will ensure that the look and feel of the styling will not be compromised. please note that as with all natural products there may be slight variances in color.. the styling photographed on our website are shown to give an impression of the size and style of our styling. a different styling comprising of different blooms will be delivered each time. confirmed  orders are non-refundable. 

2. PRICES & PROMOTIONS
2.1 Prices

as the flowers provided by Beato are subject to seasonal availability and other price rises beyond our control , prices might be changed at the discretion of Beato. we are not liable for any compensation resulting from such changes.
2.2 Promotional Codes
from time to time, we may offer promotional codes or products at discounted prices. these offers are valid from the time that we introduce them to the end date of the offer. the promotional codes cannot be used for purchases before the offer introduction date and after the offer end date. a special offer or promotional code cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer or promotional code. in the event that a customer has made a purchase and the price of a product is discounted due to a special offer or promotional code, the price of the product at the time of purchase shall prevail. we are unable to offer special discounts or to apply promotional codes for purchases that have already been made. as our special offers are often made depending on the availability of products, we may change the terms of special offers, or withdraw them altogether, at any time without prior notice. we also reserve the right to offer personalized special offers and promotions which will only be redeemable by the customer in receipt of the special offer.

3. PAYMENT
3.1 Currency
all prices shown on the site are in Singapore dollars.
3.2 Payment Methods
payment can be made by credit card via PayPal transaction. a confirmation email will be sent to you followed by Beato invoice via PayPal for you to proceed payment. payment has to be made to confirm all orders.
payment can be made via interbanking to Beato Pte. Ltd. corporate account: dbs bank 014-903436-0 [current account]. cash payment can be made @ Beato's atelier prior to delivery.

4. DELIVERY
4.1 Delivery Details
we will endeavour to deliver your order to the recipient's address that you have provided. however, there may be times when this is not possible due to problems with the address information provided or due to problems our drivers may encounter when attempting to deliver the order. it is therefore very important that you ensure that the recipient's address you have provided is accurate. additional instructions would be appreciated for difficult to find addresses to assist our drivers.
4.2 Receipt of Deliveries
we advise you to ensure that someone is at the specified location to receive the delivery. styling sent to business addresses and hospitals may be delivered to the a main reception; the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your recipient. for deliveries to home addresses, if no one is there to accept the delivery, the flowers will be delivered to the management office, unless otherwise specified; the signature of any person in the management office shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your recipient in the event that no one is at home to receive the delivery and you have indicated that you do not wish for us to leave the flowers at the management office, we will call the recipient’s contact number given. reroute charges apply if second attempt is needed.

Delivery charges:
weekday ( Monday to Saturday ):       
6am - 8 am: 40$      
8am - 9:30 am: 30$      
9:30 am - 6pm: 20$      
6pm - 9pm: 30$      
9pm - 12am: 40$      
12am - 6am: 60$

urgent delivery (55$) apply when client choose to send the order on the same day within 3 hours upon ordering.
every re-route or second attempt delivery: charges according to the delivery time.

delivery on Sundays and public holidays·      
9am - 6pm : 35$ / 6pm-12am: 40$  

every re-route or second attempt delivery on Sundays and public holidays: 35$ or 40$.  
$30 additional charge for restricted areas such as all army camps, psa ports and ferry points, airport cargo complex and terminals.  

daily cut off time is 12pm. same day delivery requests after 12pm will be considered as (urgent or after dusk). all weekend delivery requests have to reach Beato no later than Saturday 12pm. ph delivery requests have to reach Beato not later than 24hrs before ph eve 12pm. For urgent or special requests, kindly calls Beato at your service line 65-8338 1308.

Special Notes:
for road safety of our drivers and all road users, delivery time could be affected due to weather or traffic conditions and/or unforeseen situations. we shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. refusal to accept item/s by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made. items must be checked immediately and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised upon delivery. Beato Pte. Ltd. reserves the right not to entertain any further complaints thereafter due to the perishable nature of our products. in the event that there is no recipient or no one is at the indicated address to receive the items, the delivery will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made.

5. SUBSCRIPTION & ORDER CANCELLATION
subscription and confirmed order are non-refundable upon cancellation

6. FORCE of MAJEURE
neither we, nor any courier service that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control; these circumstances include, but not be limited to, any Acts of God (such as typhoons, rainstorm warnings, hill slides, earthquakes, flood, extreme winds and fire), manmade (sabotage, explosion, accidents, traffic congestion), societal (riots, terrorism, industrial dispute or strike), political or governmental (changes in law or even ruling regimes), or market conditions (inability to obtain goods).
